The full range of our production of TecnOrobia is currently composed of more than 8.000 basic articles includes in particular:
- Smooth rigid webbings, simple or tubular, with a height between 5mm and 205 mm;
- Rigid webbings jacquard, simple or tubular, with a height between 5mm and 90 mm,;
- Rigid webbings with a variable-width (wide and narrow);
- Elastic smooth webbings with a height between 5mm and 205 mm;
- Elastic jacquard webbings with a height between 5mm and 90 mm.
In the production process both natural and synthetic fibers are used, mainly synthetic ones, including: polyamide, polyester and polypropylene.
In increasing demand for their particular technical and functional properties are: the modacrylic, the para-aramid (Kevlar®, Technora®, Preox®), the meta-aramid (Nomex®) and the high density polyethylene (Dyneema®, Spectra®) fibers.
Each basic article base can obviously be modified in thickness, height, tensile strength, color and “touch” according to the specific customer requests.
